EASY!   For subjects of sentences use Noun or Nominative Case Pronouns!   

I, YOU, HE-SHE-IT/WE, YOU, THEY

Remember a pronoun replaces a noun.

(Singular Pronouns)     (Plural Pronouns)

I can play guitar.                      We can dance.

You can win.                             You are invited.

He can sing.                              They can come too.

She can hum.
